Zia Credit Union is never really "about us." It is about you!

We are a community chartered and regulated financial cooperative. What that legal-sounding jargon means is that we are not owned by fat cat bankers, we are owned by you, our depositing members! All planning, product and service development, operations, and financial management is conducted solely for the benefit of our members.

Sounds awesome! How do I become a member?

Glad you asked. There's really nothing to it at all. Membership is available to all persons living, working, or worshiping in Los Alamos County, Rio Arriba County, Taos County, and Santa Fe County. Membership is also available to their immediate families.
