Brief description of essential responsibilities: Provide information on Credit Union products and services to members according to all credit union policies and procedures and Federal and State rules and regulations. Responsible for interviewing and evaluating applicants for routine loans and processing loan applications. Gather background information and analyze loan applicant's credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Operate with moderate credit authority.


Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Understand and operate all equipment used within the Credit Union. Ability to interpret a manual, policy, and procedures containing new information for dissemination to other personnel within the Credit Union.


Education and experience required: High school diploma or equivalent and experience in related field. General understanding of administrative duties and policies. Be willing to further education.

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Resolve issues, and professionally handle the member's daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.


Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Understand and operate all equipment used within the Credit Union. Ability to interpret a manual, policy, and procedures containing new information for dissemination to other personnel within the Credit Union.


Education and experience required: A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in related field. General understanding of administrative duties and policies. Working experience with most office equipment. Be willing to further education.
