Brief description of essential responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Resolve issues, and professionally handle the member’s daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Understand and operate all equipment used within the Credit Union. Ability to interpret a manual, policy, and procedures containing new information for dissemination to other personnel within the Credit Union.

Education and experience required: A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in related field. General understanding of administrative duties and policies. Working experience with most office equipment. Be willing to further education.

Brief description of essential responsibilities:
Increases mortgage loan portfolio by developing business contacts, attracting mortgage customers, completing mortgage loan processing and closing. Answer questions from members on real estate loans and rates. Gather and analyze financial information on members for the purpose of determining qualifying status for mortgage loans.

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Understand and operate all equipment used within the Loan Department. Ability to interpret a manual, policy, and procedures containing new information for dissemination to other personnel within the Credit Union.

Education and experience required: Bachelor's Degree, or a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years experience in related field. General understanding of administrative duties and policies. Working experience with most office equipment.
