Brief description of essential responsibilities: Perform a variety of activities to assist the manager in maintaining the financial, statistical, and accounting records of the credit union.
Enter data into accounting systems and generate reports on a daily basis. Prepare various financial, regulatory, and special reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as requested by management.

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: Knowledge in accounting. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Ability to operate office equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve. Strong organizational skills. Professional, well-developed communication skills are essential for projecting a positive image as a representative for the credit union.

Education and experience required: High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years experience that would support the ability to accomplish responsibilities of the position. Working experience with computer applications.
