     Position Title: Accounting Manager

    Brief description of essential duties: Develop, manage, and maintain reliable accounting information and reporting on income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and capital for management planning and decision making and for fulfillment of financial reporting requirements. Reconcile GL accounts. Manage the activities of the accounting department and staff. Ensure that reports, accounts, systems, policies and practices adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

    Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree, or a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience that would support the ability to fulfill responsibilities of the position, and the ability to effectively communicate and work with others.

    Must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs. on occasion.

    Position Title: Member Service Representative I (Part-time)

    Brief description of essential duties: Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Resolve issues, and professionally handle the members' daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

    Qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience that would support the ability to fulfill responsibilities of the position, and the ability to effectively communicate and work with others.

    Position Title: Internal Audit Manager

    Brief description of essential duties: Responsible for implementation of the credit union's auditing procedures. Monitor the credit union for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), creating appropriate auditing reports for management and outside auditors. Manage any outsourced auditors.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, and minimum of 2 years internal audit experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Professional designation, e.g. CPA, CIA, CFE, or CFSA preferred.

    Solid understanding of financial statements and auditing practices, as well as accounting principles.

    Familiarity with the regulations which govern financial institutions, preferably credit unions.

    Ability to self-direct in managing project schedules.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels within a corporate setting.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Must be able to carry/lift at least 50 lbs. on occasion.

    Position Title: Compliance Specialist (Part-time)

    Brief description of essential duties: Assist Compliance Officer in fulfilling Bank Secrecy Act and other compliance-related responsibilities. Review and manage Fraud Anti-Money Laundering Alerts, and work with Anti-Money Laundering application. Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted timely. Maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
