    Position Title:  Technology Support Specialist

    Brief description of essential responsibilities:  

    Research and resolve end-user technology-related issues.  Install, upgrade, and maintain computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment. Coordinate technology needs with outsourced vendors for cost-effectiveness and suitability.  Research, plan, and implement new technologies.  Recommend changes or upgrades to existing technology. 

    Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements:  Initiative to, and effectively, address technical issues.  Ability to gather and analyze information for, and to make, recommendations. Ability to effectively communicate and work with others.

    Education and experience required: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years experience that would support the ability to accomplish responsibilities of the position.

    Position Title: MSR I (Full-Time)

    Brief description of essential responsibilities:

    Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Resolve issues, and professionally handle the member's daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

    Special knowledge, skills and ability requirements:

    Understand and operate all equipment used within the credit union.

    Ability to interpret a manual, policy, and procedures containing new information for dissemination to other personnel within the credit union.

    Lifting: Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion.

    Education and experience required:

    A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years experience in related field. General understanding of administrative duties and policies.

    Working experience with most office equipment. Be willing to further education.
