Changes to Online Banking and our Mobile App
April 27, 2021 - We would like to make you aware of some important changes to our online banking and mobile app. In the process of continually safeguarding your information, you will notice that some of the settings have changed. These new settings provide more secure methods of authentication. They include:
- When you login on our website or mobile app, you will be asked for both your username and password on the same screen.
- The security questions and confidence image will no longer be options.
- You will receive a one-time verification code sent via text or email when you use an unrecognized device or for high risk transactions.
