After business hours, call 1-888-241-2510 for Debit Card or ATM Card to block future PIN and signature-based transactions. 24/7 Support

International – We are currently working to establish an international contact number. This information will be updated as soon as it becomes available.

Member’s need to contact the Credit Union during business hours to review transactions, file disputes, and order a replacement card. Freezing the card after hours or online does not automatically notify the Credit Union.

Member’s also have the ability to manage their card via our mobile app or online banking.
