Temporary Night Drop Closure – Los Alamos
As part of our branch remodel, the Los Alamos night drop will be unavailable beginning February 28, 2026, for approximately four weeks.
Night drop services will remain available at our Española branch during this time.
For your convenience, online and mobile banking are available 24/7.
Los Alamos Branch Services During Remodel
We’re excited to announce the remodeling of our Los Alamos branch, which began in February and is set to last till the end of March. You’ll see some construction, a little noise and dust, and please do be cautious around those areas, but we’re still open and ready to serve you. Here’s the status of our services:
Drive-Thru and Drive-Up ATM remain open at our main Los Alamos branch on Central Avenue.
Non-Teller Services (like loans and new account services) are still available.
Night Depository services are still available.
Coin Machine services are unavailable. However, we do have an amazing Coin Machine that deposits your coins straight into your Zia account! It is located in our Española branch at 707 Riverside Dr, Española, NM 87532.
Teller Services are still available.
Remote Zia Services
Don't have online banking? Enroll today!
Online & Mobile Banking -- View transactions, check balances, move funds, and securely message Zia team members from home, the road, or the palm of your hand.
Mobile Deposit -- Have a check to deposit? Skip the branch, the drive-thru, and the ATM by using the remote deposit feature in your Zia Mobile App! Just be sure to follow the prompts to avoid any hiccups.
Call Center -- Get in touch with a Zia rep at 800.392.7629 during our call center's regular hours, or by submitting a message online!
Reorder Checks, ZPay, & More! -- Zia can provide the services you need and expect remotely: ordering checks, enrolling in overdraft protection, pricing insurance options, and almost anything else.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
*On the first Tuesday of each month, all branch lobbies open at 8:30 AM.
